Our Portland Special Projects team completed this comprehensive renovation to create the first Kona Grill in the Northwest. The project involved a full interior demolition and rebuild to accommodate the brand’s updated restaurant concept—an inviting bar and flexible entertainment space. Exterior work included a complete façade remodel to refresh the building’s curb appeal. A major feature of the renovation was the addition of a new second-floor dining patio, requiring significant structural modifications to support the expanded dining area and enhance the guest experience.
